I wanted to clarify whether these belong to customer or internal
1- customers wants good quality so it is customer perspective but it can be internal business if we want to improve quality ?
2 – % of customer complaints means customers arent satisfied with our products now improving quality of the products can be customer perspective or internal business
3 -on time deliveries/ we want to imrpove our delivery timings now this can be internal business but customers want flexibility in these timings so how can we differntiate
4 – can we say that quality flexibilty can be found in customer perspective and efficiency and resource utilisation in internal business perspective?
1. Delivering good quality to customers is a a customer perspective. Quality working (e.g. no breakages during production) is an internal perspective.
2. % of complaints is a customer perspective.
3. On time deliveries is a customer perspective. not internal business.
4. I do not know what you mean by ‘quality flexibility’ !!
