Hi tutor, the lecture of current swap has included the definition of swap bank. What is swap bank ? Can you give me the current swap bank in the world ? Thanks a lot
I assume your are referring to currency swaps.
‘Swap back’ is not some special term. ‘Swap’ means exchange with someone. So as is explained in full in the lectures notes, one person will exchange currencies with another person. Then at the end of the term they will exchange back with each other to their own currencies. This is a quite common procedure in the world.
