    Please explain the stages involved in above please. I am stuck/confused on the amounts for spot rate and futures in the answer. How are these calculated please? What does the 0.02 increase represent, 2%? I look forward to your reply.Thank you.

    Have you watched the lectures on this chapter?
    The 0.02 is not a percentage – it is the change in the spot rate.
