Dear sir,

Do the Charles Handy’s culture classification have
directly related to Mintzberg’s organisational form diagram?
For example:-

Power = Strategic apex
Role = Techno
Task = Middle manager, operating core
People = Support staff

Please advise.

I don’t think teh two models are meant to relate like this.

Handy’s classifications tend to prevade all aspeacts of a business. Mintzberg’s looks at the importance/size of each section.
