Dear sir,
-I am having some difficulties with loans,that is, the parent giving a loan to the subsidiary and vise versa or the parent acquiring a loan stock of the subsidiary(for example, the parent acquiring 40% of the loan stock of the subsidiary)-Could you explain how to deal with the loans between parent and subsidiary and also what further issues(complication) there could be( what other problems exist )

have you read the course notes?
Have you watched me work through many questions where there are inter-company loan accounts and I cancel them (s l o w l y) on the screen
I really find it difficult to believe that you can’t make at least a little progress!
Tell you what, write out one of the questions that is giving you some trouble and I’ll explain that one for you
