A list of company objectives CSFs and KPIs derived from the Home food mission statement have been listed below:Identify for each item which of the three categories its fit into:
Objective
CSF
KPICustomer complaints per 100 customers
Improve/ increase Return on capital employed
Vehicle running costs per km
Secure contracts with farmers
Vehicle down-time as a percentage of available hours
Improve market share
Successful negotiation of cost effective vehicle servicing contract
Establish effective advertising campaign

Which of the following are objectives and CSF and on what basis these are differentiated?
Please do not simply type out a full question and expect to be provided with a full answer. You must have an answer in the same book in which you found the question, so ask about whatever it in the answer that you are not clear about and then I will explain 🙂
Have you watched my free lectures on CSF’s etc? The lectures are a complete free course for Paper MA and cover everything needed to be able to pass the exam well.
I have doubt on what basis do we differentiate between objectives and CSF.
The answer doesn’t have any explanation.
So I just wanted to know which of them are CSfs and the reason behind them selecting CSF.Again, have you watched my free lectures where I do explain the difference between objectives and CSF’s?
Increasing the return on capital employed is an objective – and overall aim of the business.
CSF’s are the fundamental requirements needed to achieve the objectives, so secure contracts with farmers is a CSF.
The answer may not give explanations but will obviously state which are CSF’s etc., so ask about any specific CSF’s stated in the answer that you do not understand and I will explain.
