Sir what is the connection between e-commerce platform and back office applications such as finance, hr and payroll. Bpp says this is an important aspect of crm systems but i dont understand y.
Customer relationship management means having a close and ongoing relationship with customers so that they are reluctant to move to another supplier. Therefore, every interaction must be first rate. Invoicing has to be accurate, finance might need to be offered, deliveries must be made when promised, staff must be well-trained and able to offer help and advice as needed.
Thos is just more than just e-selling: the whole commercial undertaking must deliver as promised.
