Dear sir,

How to identify the critical sucess factors in a case?

Would there be any hint when the exam question are testing
on critical success factor?

CSFs vary from questin to question. The two definitions are:

1 What the organisation must do well if it is to succeed at all.

2 What the organisation does that is particularly valued by their customers.

Therefore, look at the scenario for clues.
