Receive order
Check credit limit and if goods in stock
Approve order and raise despatch note
In warehouse, goods are picked and packed
Goods despatched
Invoice raised
Invoice posted to sales and receivables
Statements issued to customers
Credit control chase as needed
Cash received
Cash banked if necessary
Receipt posted to cash and receivables.
