Can someone please explain to me how do I create the graphs for part 3 of the RAP? This is where the analysis is being done. Please help!!
just show examiner that you know how to a graph in excel. That would be enough. If your doing topic 8 you could do it for segment analysis… just 1 would do it.
..and you can show other graphs in presentation.

cheersYou need to learn excel to create graph, excel has capacity to generate graph from tables made. then insert those graphs into text and do cross reference them other wise marker would fail you and comment ” although you put some effort into rap but you failed to cross-reference graphs and table therefor I am inclined to fail your rap, being said that reckon to fact that you are few steps behind to passing grade so in next attempt improve those flaws and submit pass grade rap”
go to youtube and learn excel and you will know how to generate graph and insert them.

hi could you pls explain what u mean by cross referencing the graphs ,as i just generate my graphs on excel and copy on too my RAP then indicate that the data on which the graph was based came from annual statements.
Can someone please assist me to rectify the following comment about graphs “Although the referencing is mostly satisfactory, there are no citations in the body of the work for the financial reports, and no referencing of the graphs/charts”.
How do I correct this? Please help.I have made graphs from the appendix in which I have made ratio calculations and then I moved these graphs to the word document (RAP), however, the graphs will not appear correctly if they are opened on another computer (Marker’s computer) as the excel document (Appendix A) path is on my computer even if I uploaded it in the relevant section of the appendices for OBU, so what should I do?
Well presumably you are making comments based on the financial statements so you need to reference those comments e.g. the chairman / CEO or directors reports as the ideas are not entirely your own.
I answered your other query else where – paste graphs in RAP as images but load spreadsheet file to show evidence of your spreadsheet skills in creating them. 🙂
