    Hi Vijay

I hope you are well. Could you please give me an explanation about this act (CRA 2015). I have not seen this in the lectures or notes yet. If it is included in the lectures, could you let me know which one ? I hope to hear from you soon

    Hi Arahn,

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides consumers with protection when they buy goods.

s.9 of the Consumer Rights Act says that why a consumer buys goods those good must be of a satisfactory quality when it comes to fitness for purpose, safety and durability.

If the goods are not satisfactory quality then the consumer has a right to either return the goods or an alternative remedy. These terms do not need to be expressly agreed as they will be implied into all consumer contracts.

    I hope this helps?

    Kind regards,

    Vijay
