CPA (USA) information required

Hi i am from Pakistan i want to start CPA (USA).
Let me tell you guys about my qualifications.

1. B.COM (2 years program)
2. ACCA Affiliate
3. M.COM ( 3 semesters exempted on the basis of ACCA, i only studied 4th semester after that NUML Islamabad awarded me M.COM Degree)

Pls tell me am i eligible to start CPA (USA) ?
And pls tell me about the institutes in Pakistan offering CPA (USA) coaching.
