Also a requirement being prepare covering letter.Is this covering letter examinable.?
If yes can you pls give guidance on how to approach in few words.Yes it is – it’s probably worth 2 marks and only required when specifically asked for. The published answer shows what is needed – addressee, subject line, intro sentence and a “Yours” that is appropriate to the “Dear” – so if “Dear Sirs” it should be “Yours faithfully”.

Pretty much all covering letter follow same format don’t they??That’s the point:

The appendix to this report considers deficiencies in the [… ] system and recommendations to address those deficiencies.
