Hi,
Thank you very much for the effort put into this site, I think it’s going to really help me.
I have a quick question.. I’m having a very slow start to F4 due to trying to learn all the judges that relate to different courts (E.g. the County Court has Circuit Judges and District Judges.).
Is this necessary or should I be moving onto the meatier topics?
I’m very new to Law so it’s not all common sense to me.
Thanks,
Dan
“Is this necessary or should I be moving onto the meatier topics?”
MOVE ON!
And whenever you come to an issue that you’re not sure about, post again
For example, you’ll probably want to know “Should I remember all these case names?” or “Do I need to remember all the titles of these statutes and the year, like Partnership Act 1890?”
Before you ask, the answer to both questions is a resounding NO!
