appeals from magistrate court are heard by which court?
crown or high court?
in bpp text book it says appeals from magistrate court are heard by crown court but in revision kit it says the other way around….
If you look this up on the internet you’ll find that appeals from magistrates’ court may go to crown court, county court or high court
Put into google “magistrates court appeal” – it’s an eye-opener!
