1)Is crown court higher in hierarchy to magistrates court? bcoz, magistrates court is not bound to decisions of crown court.

2)does supreme court bound to HRA1998, or is it a persuasive authority?

3)”the decisions of court lower in hierarchy is persuasive authority for a court higher in hierarchy” True or false. not very clear on this in study text.

4)The decisions of ciminal jurisdiction in high court is not binding to itself, so can say that it amounts to only as persuausive authority?

    5) the decisions of civil jurisdiction in high court is binding to itself with exceptions in young v bristol aeroplance co ltd . true or false . i know, it is true for court of appeal.

i could not confirm the above doubts by myself so i need ur help
    thanks.

    Hi Vipin

I’m just looking at the BPP study text, page 21. I believe that that has sufficient information in that table to answer your questions. I sincerely doubt that David Kelly will expect any more from even a well-prepared student
