)I have read in supreme court , 5 lords hear a case and 7 lords for an important case. in court of appeal, 3 judges hear case and for important cases 5 may hear. but not clearly mentions how many judges hear a case in a high court.
)Is crown court higher in hierarchy to magistrates court? bcoz, magistrates court is not bound to decisions of crown court.
)does supreme court bound to decisions of ECHrt and ECJ.?
)does supreme court bound to HR1998, or is it a persuasive ?
)”the decisions of court lower in hierarchy is persuasive authority for a court higher in hierarchy” True or false. not very clear on this in study text.
thanks.
