What is the wording on your Welcome page? Does it start with:
“Welcome to ACCA’s e-business site.
This will allow you to see the key details of your database record as held by ACCA. You may also update your address and amend details of the business sector in which you work, and pay ACCA fees and subscriptions by credit or debit card…”

@those who are saying that members@accaglobal.com is not right and it should be affiliate@accaglobal.com. My friend who got affiliate in march has the members@accaglobal.com address on his e-business page. FYI, he is far from a member.
Affiliate@accaglobal.com is not a thing. Not being able to logged in is not a bad sign.

I was looking at older countdown posts, and it looks like a clue that I have failed my exams. From older posts, people who passed their final papers see different wording in the Welcome page.

I saw that and they passed who saw the certificates that was December 2016, I just can’t see anywhere it stays at student email on ebusiness still and and someone still passes, but you have when they also get error still ? so sad but not surprised.
I see error and students email address, I really have looked at all forums and some people get error still but then ebusiness does say members. I so hope you are right, I take it you have the same as me ? are you still feeling hopeful ?
It is just weird ACCA still lets it happen as there is no way some one would not have told ACCA.

For the e-business page, it does say members@accaglobal.com. However, when you click on general details, the email at the top is student@accaglobal.com.
Guys don’t lose hope. This theory is not full proof. And previous countdowns have proven that you can get an error message in the link theory and still pass the exam.
To be honest I was really anxious at first then I thought about the worst thing that could happen if the outcome is not what I’ve expected.
To me, if I pass then I pass. If the outcome is not good, then I just have to suck it up and retake the exam until I pass. Ultimately, we’ll all pass.
Now, I’m no longer as nervous. Good luck to all of us!!! 🙂
Well we will just have to hope for the best as @kylerlu and deal with the outcome of the results.
why would some finalists see students@acca, some members@acca and some affiliate@acca. In my opinion ACCA must definitely be doing something which possibly is affecting the student’s status unless people are lying while all of us are seeing only one thing which is students@acca which I don’t think is the case as quite a few people are mentioning that they can see members@acca., so not a lie!
Now, in the past all claiming to have seen members@acca have passed unless I am wrong but I did not see anyone mentioning fail when they see members@acca or affiliate@acca..Now the BIG question is if someone is still seeing students@acca and have performed really well in the exam and is expecting a high pass mark >60%..Would they need to worry? I hope that ACCA will be fair by not indicating someone results indirectly by some use of words. I would certainly not start counting eggs before the hen lays them..
(1) I logged in via the so-called link theory and got the usual myACCA page, white with grey panels. It says “Welcome balleong” followed by my ID#. On the right is a short menu, only two things I can select: Update your contact and employment details and Exam Entry. Below that is “NEWS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS”
(2) In the e-business webpage, the contact e-mail is students@accaglobal.com

Anyway, now I understand what you guys are talking about I doubt this means anything, other than the IT department is working on changing the data.
There are a lot of scenarios,look at my situation, I have been able to log into the link theory since Monday,and I see the White and grey page. Today alone I have log into the link theory for more then 10 times and always successful, but my ebusiness page still says students. I don’t know if they are doing it country by country. Am in Africa and is there anybody in Africa or West Africa who can log into the link theory and can see members at ebusiness page

I log in and I get the myACCA type of webpage. Yes I tried again and it works, no error message.
But anyhow the e-business page is students contact e-mail. Not members contact e-mail.
However, if I tweak the link to https://portal.accaglobal.com/portal/page/portal/ACCA_PORTAL_PAGES/ACCA_AFFILIATES#
Then I log in and get error message:
Error
You do not have permission to perform this operation (WWC-41415)
I also tried https://portal.accaglobal.com/portal/page/portal/ACCA_PORTAL_PAGES/ACCA_MEMBERS#
and got the same error messageMy issue is just like balleong who can log into the link theory but ebusiness stay’s students. But from previous forums we have mist people using the link theory as a clue to predict pass.Also that is why I want to find out the country where this people are since am in West Africa.

When I use https://portal.accaglobal.com/portal/page/portal/ACCA_PORTAL_PAGES/ACCA_AFFILIATES# I get error message.
Note that these are two different addresses.
@sociopath can you try these two links and see what you get?
