True, I’m not yet a finalist, but not a day goes by that I don’t think of it, getting more and more nervous too, but trying so hard to stay calm 🙂

I think some of the papers have been marked. I got a text from ACCA telling me to register for the December examination. I’m a finalist awaiting my p4 results

Of course some of the papers must have been marked. However, there is no correlation between the marked papers and the text that you received from Acca to register for the December Examination. The text is generic, and possibly sent to all students.

    These were the exams,
Q1 was lengthy and there was a lot to grasp in little time but it was not too difficult I guess(BR+ROMM+Group audit planning+Evidence on the $10m as claim from pressure groups)
Q2 was typical P7 questions on ISAs+Matters to consider & evidence. Provision for decommisiong costs+change in estimate technique for calculating depreciation+Trade receivables.
Q3 was on due diligence where it was asked why two points made need to be investigated. One was on a major customer who is not renewing the agreement with the manufacturer and the other point was on a piece of land which was gifted and used as a nature reserve – a bit of an odd type though. Then the investigation procedures was asked and the questioned finished off with a bit of ethics.
Q4 was on ethics+professional issues+recommendations in a three sub parts
    Q5 Audit report (going concern)

trae57 – I think it is too early. I heard ACCA don’t upload the results until the Thursday before results day, so I guess the theory applies from then (if at all)

If your a finalist (sat last exam results) the theory is you use the below link to sign in to ACCA. If you get an error screen you are still a student and if you get a white screen you have passed.

Supposedly it’s an old login screen for affiliates ACCA used to use

(I’m not saying this is correct, just what I have read myself over a few threads)
