What is the Effect of counter offer on original offer ?
My ans -rejection of original offer

Book-but answer in BBP kit mock exam 1(page 154) is acceptance of original offfer
with new terms introduced

which according to be is not right ans
Please clarify sir.

Hi Garvit,

You are right. The effect of a counter offer is indeed to reject the original offer and thus terminate that original offer. There must be a typo/mistake in the revision kit.
