Hi – If I wanted to do an exam and the tutors mark it with comments-how much cost
as a standard Exam paper

This is not a service offered on this website.
To get a practice paper marked your best bet is to go to a question based revision class ran by a learning provider such as BPP or Kaplan. Or you could purchase one of their online courses, in which you can submit papers to be marked online.
