mixed bank 2 bpp 19.4 i don’t find the topic related to conformance in the notes nor in Kaplan textbook can you please explain this
It relates to total quality management.
The costs of conformance are the costs of improving quality (such as the costs of more training for staff so that they produce better quality goods).
The costs of non-conformance are the costs of delivering poor quality (such as the costs of replacing faulty goods).
okay thank you sir for an explanation, can also tell me in which part of text book its written i couldn’t find this in kaplan
if its in bpp can you tell me which chapter
I do not have any textbooks and so I cannot tell you where in the text book it is (or is not) mentioned.
It is more of a Paper PM topic anyway rather than a Paper MA topic.
