Hello,
I was just viewing the video on WACC chapter 7 example 10 and noticed that the annuity used was for 6% for 6 years (4.917) and not 5% for 6 years (5.076). Was this an error or have I missed a step.Thank you.

(However the answer at the back of the lecture notes is correct)
