Sir the below 2 methods can reduce the cost gap na,

1) Using cheaper material to make the product without compromising quality
2) Labour savings can be made by using lower skilled workers without compromising quality.

Am I right?

Yes – they are both ways that the cost gap may be reduced 🙂
