    Hello Sir!!
Could you please explain me that what is the relation between graphs and this equation (y=a+bx).
Examiner ask sometimes “The gradient of a straight line is the point at which the line crosses the y-axis” true OR false ?
And also tell me where is gradient, slope, y-intercept & x-intercept in graph ?

Gradient, slope, and angle all mean the same, and ‘b’ (the variable cost per unit) is the measure of the gradient.

‘a’ is the fixed cost and is where the line intercepts the y axis.

In the context of cost classification, the line does not intercept the x axis.
