Hi Mr John..Can you clarify these terms: A cost centre manager,an investment centre manager,a revenue centre manager, profit centre manager….Who are they? Thank you..
They are managers of part of a business. If it is a cost centre then the manager only has control over the costs of his part; a revenue manager has control over the revenues; a profit centre manager has control over both costs and revenues; and an investment centre manager can also make decisions on what assets are purchased.
