Sir, when and when not consider tax in calculating cost of debt?
In future you must ask in the Ask the Tutor Forum if you want me to answer – this forum is for students to help each other.
Tax is always considered when calculating the cost of debt to the company.
It is when calculating the return to investors that tax is irrelevant because investors are not affected by company tax.
