The following details relate to production overheads for a period: Absorption rate RM15·00 per machine hour Actual machine hours = 10,520 hours Budgeted machine hours = 10,000 hours Over-absorption RM4,400
Calculate the (a) Budgeted production overhead (b) Actual overhead
Please do not simply set test questions and expect someone to provide an answer.
You must have an answer in the same book in which you found the questions, so ask about whatever it is in the answer that you are not clear about.
