    How and where can i find the corresponding figures in financial statmenents. I have read the defination of it but cannot figure out.

    Do you mean “last year’s figures”? They are on the face of the financial statements, side by side with this year’s figures

    I mean corresponding figures with reference to ISA 710 para 6. Where there are definations of comparatives and corresponding figures are mentioned. Side by side figures are comparative figures, my question was where are the corresponding figures in financial statmenents

    OK, these are amounts which are not directly comparable but which correspond with amounts in the financial statements. They may appear anywhere within the “book” called “financial statements” so they could be in the Chair’s statement, the directors’ report, the environmental report, the corporate governance report …. they could be anywhere
