    Hello,
    In the TX UK Pre March 2024 Mock – Sec C Pig Plc question, Pig Plc owned 100% of two subsidiaries. When asked whether Pig Plc would be a large company, the corporation tax limit of 1.5M was divided by two related 51% group companies.

    Why was it not divided by 3 as there are three companies in the group?
