    What is the total number of companies for the purposes of adjusting the £1,500,000
    augmented profits threshold of Telephone Ltd for the year ended 31 March 2022?

    C(Therefore, Curtain Ltd is not included for the purposes of adjusting the limit for the year ended 31 March 2022.)

    Good day,Please i don’t understand why curtain ltd is not included in the 51% group.I’ll appreciate if you can explain better

    Curtain cannot be a part of the group as they do not own sufficent percentage of shares – check the relevant chapter in the manual about Groups for the rules
