I’ve been given a question for 10 marks, asking me to define CSR and assess the benefits of voluntary disclosure!
So far I’ve defined CSR and noted one benefit, enhancment of firms value (Which I will have to assess!).
But does anyone know what else I should include or have an alternative approach in answering this question!
I’m stumped!
Thanks,
Kirsty.

Do you mean benefits of CSR disclosure or benefits of voluntary disclosure generally or benefits of CSR?
There is an ACCA research article which may answer your question. I suggest that you read the executive summary only (and selectively) as it is very long.
