The Organization of Economic Development (OECD) has put forward some principles of corporate governance.
Which of the following is NOT one of these principles:
Disclosure and Transparency
The right of all stakeholder should be recognised
There should be strategic guidance of the entity
The board should have a balance of Executive and non-executive directors.
Why is the last option the correct answer?
