1.Is the Director responsible for preparing annual report and accounts explained in the report?
Yes
2.Have the directors reviewed and reported on the effectiveness of the risk mangemnet and internal control systems?
Yes
3.Has the board establish an audit committee of at least three non executive directors( or at least 2 non – executive directors for smaller company?
Yes
4.Does the audit committee have written terms of reference?
Yes
5.Are the terms of reference for the audit committee available/described in the annual report?
No
6.Does the audit committee arrange methods for staff to report impropriety in financial reporting?
Yes
7.Does the audit committee monitor and review the effectiveness of the internal audit activities?
Yes
8.Does the audit committee have primary responsibility for the appointment of the external auditors?
No
9.As there procedures in place to ensure that the auditor independence is maintained where the external auditor provides non-audit services?
