Hi,
Can you please tell me what are the differences between a Cooperative and a Partnership?
Thank you.
Cooperatives are group of people trading together for mutual benefits.Cooperatives are owned by their workers. In cooperative its one member one vote so its more democratic and not controlled by single individual.
Partnerships are a kind of commercial profit seeking type of organization. Partnerships can be of limited liability in which case the liability of the partners are limited.
Thats all i can add. Thanks
Thank you very much
