chapter 31 (last chapter)- in the lecture you had quoted that wages cannot be controlled by the managers when MD sets them. There was a similar question in the practise test, in which i answered “wages ” is something which cannot be controlled by manager, but my answer was wrong. can you pls help.
If the head office determines the wages (or the wage increase) then they are not controlled by the manager.
However it is not always the case the head office determines the wages. If the manager determines the wages then he/she is controlling them.
