Hello tutor, I want to ask how to calculate the percentage of the existing shareholders lose control due to new issue?
For example : existing no of shares before new issue to new investor is 10m and after total no of shares after new issue are 11.32 m
The existing shareholders ‘s control let to percentage is it (1320/11320)x100 =12%?
Correct!
