hi mike,
I have a question on contract validity:
Is a contract valid as long as there is an offer and acceptance?
From my understanding validity of contract is not just based on offer and acceptance . There are other thing like consideration, intention to create legal relationship, no misrepresentation, the offer should be clear, specific and final. Acceptance on the other hand should be unconditional.
Have I missed some?
