what constitute duress or missrepresentation in the law of contract?
Duress is violence or the threat of violence, prosecution or imprisonment to the person or to those near and dear to the person. There is also a category called economic duress which (I believe) is self-explanatory.
Misrepresentation is knowingly, recklessly or carelessly making a false statement to another person with the intention of inducing that other person to enter into a contract
