Does the following definition of exclusion clause seem correct
An exclusion clause is a term in a contract that seeks to restrict the rights of the parties to the contract.
Also is it correct that an exclusion clause is a clause which limits the contractual capacity of one of the parties
Yes, and no – it doesn’t restrict contractual capacity. It seeks to restrict potential liability in the event of breach
