hi ! can u explain me void and voidable contract ? oother than not enforceable law is to be void
Void is where the contract cannot go ahead and it would be illegal for it to carry on
Voidable is where one of the parties has the right to decide whether they wish to go ahead or not. They are able to enforce the contract against the other party but are in the privileged position that the other party cannot enforce the contract against them
