If the contract price is 8000 but if negotiations with customer are successful then the contract price will increase to 10,000 and the lawyers are reasonably confident that the customer will have to bear the additional costs.What do we do?take the contract price as 10k or 8k?
I believe I would take 8,000 until the certainty of the increase were absolutely assured
