IFRS 10? There are no examples of it in past exams other than a bit of chat – but there have not been any numerical examples yet where you are expected to consolidate an effectively-controlled subsidiary.
Maybe sometime soon – watch this space!

Thank you for your answer, it is very much welcome and appreciated.
It is part of a question from BPP course exam 2 and it is for 8 marks. I couldn’t find anything about it in the notes, and to be honest find it difficult to score 8 marks on it.

Hi, there is a bit about it in the course notes and I talk about it more fully in lectures. I don’t know whether Admin has yet had time to upload the most recent lectures – 🙁
