please can anyone answer : "Can the standalone Financial statements be released before consolidated statements are made?"

I am not a hundred per cent sure of the answer to this question but I believe that yes they could be released in most circumstances as companies still have their own individual legal personalities and this is not impacted by the fact they may be part of a group.
