Sir want to understand that for Chapter & example 6

Since Remigyus aquired 75% of the issued share capital of ilona .The issued share capital is 32000 isnt it ?So since he acquired 75% isnt it supposed to be 75% of 32000 to get 24000 and then the other be for the NCI

I believe that your reference of “Chapter (?) example 6” should in fact be “Chapter 7 example 5”

No worries – I found it, eventually

What I can’t find is where your problem lies

“Since Remigyus aquired 75% of the issued share capital of ilona .The issued share capital is 32000 isnt it ?So since he acquired 75% isnt it supposed to be 75% of 32000 to get 24000 and then the other be for the NCI”

I thought that that was what I have done

Identify a figure in the solution about which you’re not happy and I’ll see if I can explain it for you
