Sir how will the Consolidated financial statements affect, if the parent company acquired the subsidiary company in the Mid year?
This is unlikely in F3 (it is in F7 that this is asked).
However everything is exactly as usual except that we need to know the profit before and after the date of acquisition. We assume that it is spread evenly, and so if it happened half way through the year then half the profit is pre-acquisition and half the profit is post-acquisition.
