Hello, Stephen, hope you are well

I have a question about the consolidated cash flow on the BPP Kit ’15 Angel’ that, in the answer, when calculating the cash generated from operation, the ‘income tax paid’ figure is not added in the consolidated cash flow, but I think the ‘income tax paid’ figure do need to be added.

    Could you please clarify that?

Cash from ops = before tax
Net cash from ops = after tax

There’s no tax data in any case.

Wouldn’t lose too much sleep over cash v net cash

    🙂

    emmm

On the BPP workbook, there’s a ‘Activity 3’ the ‘income tax paid’ figure is calculated and added, I just do not understand the difference, why there’s both ‘tax payable’ figure, the question on the BPP workbook adds the figure but the Kit doesn’t.

    I am still confused

Please refer to my last response – that’s the rule.

    🙂
