An agreement to carry out an act which the law requires to anyway amounts to:
a. sufficient consideration
b. insufficient consideration
c. past consideration
Correct answer is b. But why it cannot be past consideration? As past consideration and insufficient consideration both are invalid consideration?
The expression “to carry out an act” suggests that the act has not yet been undertaken and therefore past consideration would be inappropriate
OK?
