Hi Mike, under consideration there are definitions like “promise for promise”(executory) and a consideration is a two way thing. My question is? is this talking about bilateral contracts. Thank you.

It certainly is related to bi-lateral contracts.

Unilateral needs consideration moving only one way so both of the above quotes relate to bi-lateral contracts
