Does consideration need to have monetary value?
‘Some right, interest, profit or benefit accruing to one party or some loss, detriment, forbearance or responsibility given, suffered or undertaken by the other’
‘An act of forbearance by one party or the promise thereof is the price for which the promise of the other is bought and a promise thus given for value is enforceable’
Consideration must have a value, but not necessarily a monetary value
OK?
